Please refer to your notification of acceptance email or the program website for your presentation date and time. Please check the program agenda to confirm the time allotted for your presentation.

Yes, The standard session room set includes:
- Projector
- Laptop
- Podium microphone
When should I arrive to the presentation location?
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled presentation time to complete your sound and A/V check.
