Student Registrations
Student Attendees will be required to show valid proof of enrollment, or Active Student Identification, to check-in onsite.
Students that fail to provide valid proof of enrollment will be charged an additional fee to receive their badge.
Guest Passes
Guest Pass registrations are available for purchase for personal guests of conference attendees not aligned to the midwifery profession. All guests must be registered to attend.
Guests may purchase à la carte access to the exhibit hall & midwifery market, and ticketed social functions (additional fees apply). Guest Passes are not permitted into education sessions and/or workshops, except the Awards & Fellows Induction Ceremony.
To register a guest, utilize the “Register A Guest” page during the attendee registration process. Guest Passes are limited to 2 per attendee.

ACNM Member Discount
Active membership is required to be eligible for the ACNM Member or Student rates. If you are past your membership expiration date, you must renew your membership prior to registering for the Annual Meeting to qualify for the member rate. Adjustments and/or refunds for registration fees will not be given to individuals who register at the non-member rate and later join ACNM.

Call for Student Volunteers
Volunteers will be assigned to work for 12 hours on one day during the convention. Shifts will start Friday, October 10 – Monday, October 13, 2025. As a thank you for your assistance, you will receive a 50% off discount code for a registration to the Annual Meeting. We will email your registration discount code to use on your Annual Meeting Student Registration once you have been accepted.
