Annual Meeting & Exhibition Registration
Active membership is required to be eligible for the ACNM Member or Student rates. If you are past your membership expiration date, you must renew your membership prior to registering for the Annual Meeting to qualify for the member rate. Adjustments and/or refunds for registration fees will not be given to individuals who register at the non-member rate and later join ACNM.

Guest Passes
Guest Pass registrations are available for purchase by personal guests of attendees who are not aligned with the midwifery profession. All guests must be registered to attend.
Guests may purchase à la carte access to the exhibit hall & midwifery market, as well as ticketed social functions (additional fees apply). Guest Passes are not permitted into education sessions and/or workshops, except for the Awards & Fellows Induction Ceremony.
Attendees may register their guest(s) on the last page of the registration form.

Workshop Only Registration
Take your learning to the next level by adding a Half-Day or Full-Day Workshop during your Annual Meeting & Exhibition registration! Join us on Friday, October 9, 2026, for a variety of hands-on, in-depth sessions led by industry experts.
Full Access registrations include the option to add workshops. Do not register as Workshop Only if you have already registered as a Full Access attendee.
- Half-Day Workshops: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Full-Day Workshops: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Student Registrations
All student attendees must present valid proof of enrollment or an active student ID at on-site check-in.
Please come prepared—failure to provide valid student documentation will result in an additional fee to receive your badge.

Call for Student Volunteers
Applications to be a Student Volunteer at the 2026 ACNM are now open.
Student Volunteer applicants will be assigned two (2) 4-hour shifts during the convention, taking place Thursday, October 9 – Sunday, October 12, 2026.
Volunteer applicants will be notified by May 1 whether they are selected and which shifts they have been assigned. At that time, a 50% discount code for Annual Meeting registration will be provided. If you are applying to volunteer, please do not register for the conference until after you receive your approval.
