What is the format of ACNM 2025 and when and where will it take place?
- The ANCM 70th Annual Meeting & Exhibition, Pre-Conference will take place October 10-13, 2025 in Palm Springs, California.
How do I book my hotel?
- For information about travel to the event, visit the Hotel Details page.
Where do I pick up my badge?
- Name badges and tickets will not be mailed. Attendees who pre-registered on or before October 9, 2025, will receive a confirmation containing a barcode within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If you do not receive your confirmation within five business days, please call the number listed above. The barcode is your official document and must be presented onsite collect your badge, materials, and tickets. Please be sure to bring your confirmation and barcode with you to Palm Springs.
- Registrants and guests must wear badges to attend all sessions and functions.
What meals are provided with my Annual Meeting Registration?
- Meal service will be provided during lunch, coffee will be provided during select breaks at the Annual Meeting.
- Reception-style evening events will include snacks and beverages.
- Local area dining maps will be available at the Registration Desk.
Do I need to sign up for Pre- Conference Workshops?
- No Pre- Conference Workshops are a not requirement for registration.
Does the ACNM Annual Meeting & Exhibition accept cash or credit cards made onsite in Palm Springs, CA?
- To streamline transactions and increase security, ACNM 70th Annual Meeting & Exhibition will NOT accept cash onsite, except for the Midwifery Market. We will accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express for all purchases at the ACNM store and registration desk. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Media
- Credentialed media attend the ACNM Annual Meeting to cover stories for consumer, trade, and other media outlets, and are easily identified by their press ribbons. Media has access to all general sessions and limited access (at the discretion of speakers) to Workshops and Concurrent Sessions. Media may use hand-held audio recorders and still cameras; moving video recording is also permitted with the permission of the presenter(s). The permitted in meeting rooms. exception to this policy is that an exhibit may not be photographed or videotaped without the permission of the authorized exhibitor. Annual meeting attendees who have questions about the ACNM’s media policies are welcome to contact communications@acnm.org.

How do I claim credits for Continuing Education (CE’s)?
- You will access CEs for this conference via ACNM’s Learning Management System in the ‘70th Annual Meeting & Exhibition’ course. All 70th Annual Meeting attendees have an account in the LMS even if you have never logged in before.
How can I make suggestions for the next meeting’s agenda/how can I provide feedback on my event experience?
- Following the meeting each registered attendee will receive an Attendee Survey following the meeting. On this survey you can share your insights on currents topics and make suggestions for future ACNM meeting locations.
