Registration

The 2021 Annual Meeting will be offered in a hybrid format, with in-person and virtual options available. You may register at the in-person rate for access to the live event in Portland, or the virtual rate for access to the virtual event online.

Registration includes access to education sessions, posters, the Exhibit Hall, networking events, the bookstore, and the seven key live events (broadcasted online for virtual attendees): the Opening Keynote Address with Fellowship Induction Ceremony, Plenary Addresses, Dondero Lecture, Awards Ceremony, and Closing Session with Plenary Speaker. ACNM also provides post-meeting access to online materials and CE certificates. Both in-person and virtual attendees can access the virtual event platform for 30 days following the event.

ACNM Member Discount

Active membership is required to be eligible for the ACNM Member or Student rates. If you are past your membership expiration date, you must renew your membership prior to registering for the Annual Meeting to qualify for the member rate. Adjustments and/or refunds for registration fees will not be given to individuals who register at the non-member rate and later join ACNM.

ACNM members will need to provide their membership number and complete the following steps:

  • Access the Online Registration Portal
  • Answer Registrant & Demographics Questions
  • Answer Meeting Registration Questions
  • Select Optional Ticketed Receptions, Workshops & Items
  • Acknowledge Registration Cancellation & Substitution Policy/Housing Policy, Anti-Harassment Policy, and Code of Conduct
  • Confirm Registration

Once all of the aforementioned items are completed, your registration will be made official. Please note that you will have the ability to go back into your account and add any additional items if you so choose.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to events@acnm.org. The deadline for refund requests is April 28, 2021. Refunds will be charged a $95 processing fee. Fees paid for optional tickets, guest tickets and workshops are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed 14 days after the completion of the Annual Meeting. In the event of a workshop cancellation, ACNM will reassign attendees to another workshop at an equal value or issue a refund.

Code of Conduct Policy

The ACNM Code of Conduct reflects who we are, what is important to us, and how we communicate in our meetings, our online communities, and through verbal, written, and visual expressions.

The Code provides an overview of the general rules and policies that are consistent with the high standards of business ethics we uphold and emphasizes the value we place on trust and treating all ACNM members and stakeholders with respect. It’s imperative that every member follow our Code of Conduct, to observe high standards of integrity, and to make decisions that will preserve trust. The Code of Conduct is a great resource, but it does not cover every situation. It is important to use good judgment in your words and actions and contact ACNM if you’re unsure about the right course of action. While we encourage a lively exchange of ideas and insights in face-to-face and online proceedings, we do ask that you read and adhere to the ACNM Code of Conduct when participating in ACNM events and discussions whether online, verbal, written or visual.
