The 65th ACNM Annual Meeting & Exhibition will be held at the J.W. Marriott, Austin, TX, May 29 – June 2, 2020! It is the policy of ACNM that all persons in attendance, including those who plan to attend one or more sessions, are required to register. This includes presenters, committee members, and ancillary members. Registration includes admission to the Keynote Address, Plenary Addresses, Dondero Lecture, Poster Sessions and all Education Sessions. Attendees will have access to the Exhibit Hall, where food and beverage breaks occur. This year, all attendees can join us at the Midwifery Awards Reception & Celebration Party. Attend Special Events like Sister Circle and help celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Heart of Midwifery! ACNM also provides post-meeting access to online materials and CEU certificates.
ACNM Member Discount
Current membership is required to be eligible for the ACNM Member or Student rates. If you are past your membership expiration date, you must renew your membership prior to the time of registration to qualify for the member rate. Adjustments and/or refunds for registration fees will not be given to individuals who register at the non-member rate and later join ACNM.
ACNM Members will need to provide their membership number and complete the following steps:
- Access the Online Registration Portal
- Answer Registrant & Demographics Questions
- Answer Meeting Registration Questions
- Select Optional Ticketed Receptions, Workshops & Items
- Acknowledge Registration Cancellation & Substitution Policy/Housing Policy, Anti-Harassment Policy, and Code of Conduct
- Confirm Registration
Once all of the aforementioned items are completed, your registration will be made official. Please note that you will have the ability to go back into your account and add any additional items – if you choose to do so. Also, be sure to book both your hotel room and flight prior to attendance.

Code of Conduct Policy
The ACNM Code of Conduct reflects who we are, what is important to us, and how we communicate in our meetings, our online communities, and through verbal, written, and visual expressions.
The Code provides an overview of the general rules and policies that are consistent with the high standards of business ethics we uphold and emphasizes the value we place on trust and treating all ACNM members and stakeholders with respect. It’s imperative that every member follow our Code of Conduct, to observe high standards of integrity, and to make decisions that will preserve trust. The Code of Conduct is a great resource, but it does not cover every situation. It is important to use good judgment in your words and actions and contact ACNM if you’re unsure about the right course of action. While we encourage a lively exchange of ideas and insights in face-to-face and online proceedings, we do ask that you read and adhere to the ACNM Code of Conduct when participating in ACNM events and discussions whether online, verbal, written or visual. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation notices must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline for refund requests is April 28, 2020. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds will be charged a $95 processing fee. Fees paid for optional tickets, guest tickets and workshops are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed 14 days after the completion of the Annual Meeting.
Qualified members of the press can attend Keynote & Plenary Addresses, Education Sessions, and Poster Sessions at no charge. To be eligible you must be working press which includes reporters, news editors, journal writers, news producers, and others working for recognized print, television, radio, or online entities, should provide press credentials, such as a business card, or letter from an editor.
